PLSKS emerged as a nongovernment development organization in the year 2001. It extends the light of education to the underprivileged children and the children with disability. PLSKS facilitates the women to be empowered through various capacity development initiatives with a view to achieving prosperity, happiness and dignity for all. PLSKS organizes various programs regarding women and child rights; domestic violence, health, cleanliness and sanitation. It provides humanitarian support to the disaster victims and takes measures to build resilience. Besides PLSKS initiates awareness building programs to combat health hazards like Dengue, Covid-19, Child Mortality, Maternal Mortality and HIV/AIDS etc.

Since we have a huge working population, PLSKS dreams a smart society embedded with knowledge; skill and attitude in order to face global competition. PLSKS has travelled across a long way since its humble beginning in 2001. I hope it will go further ways keeping in mind the tender faces of our children.
